SALES CLERK – Full Time 

This position performs sales, clerical and manual work in a Durham County ABC store.  This includes selling and accounting for merchandise, customer assistance, and general record keeping.  The major expectations of this position are to uphold established standards prescribed for personal conduct and handling of job tasks and activities in order to provide excellent customer service to Durham County ABC customers.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all Durham ABC Customers
  • Responsibly process purchases/payments per NC legal guidelines regarding the sale of alcohol
  • Utilize Point of Sale computer system to handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Stock & Merchandise inventory on the shelves and sales floor
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and appealing store


Night and Weekend availability are required. Previous Retail Experience is Preferred. Apply immediately. Position open until filled.
